- This design addresses the needs of DJs and appeals to collectors as well. The shape feels good in the hands and since it is cut away from a hemisphere it is easier to get records on and off than traditional cone-shaped adapters. A common problem that DJs have is that one adapter will get lost of misplaced. Phonographic Global Adapters have strong neodymium rare earth magnets to keep the pair together when not in use.
This very limited edition run made of walnut are a perfect harmony between high-tech digital fabrication and traditional craft. Using the same file to make the 3d printed prototypes and molds for casting, these are CNC milled from solid blocks of walnut. Then they are finished by hand with common tools and a lot of love. Each pair is hand numbered and comes with a black faux suede pouch. 
Description
These adapters for playing 45s are designed with DJs in mind. Magnets keep the pair together to form a sphere when not being used and prevent losing one. This form also makes it easier to change records quickly and leave the adapter on the turntable.

Space Box proposal
SpaceBox® is a flexible building solution for temporary and semi-permanent applications. At the time of this project, they were only being used in Europe but were looking to expand into the U.S. market and specifically targeting university scenarios. With six weeks to work, we focused specifically on the actual site and placement of the units. This plan was not implemented but the research and strategic planning did inform other plans that have been developed or are currently under construction.

One Pound Stool
The 1 Pound Stool is inspired by surfboards and spray foam insulation. These foams are very light weight, rigid and dimensionally stable. An exterior layer of veneer compliments the qualities of the foam and gives the stool strength for even an adult.
